At Gauthier, we design and build our own molds. Our flexible production strategy coupled with our unique understanding of all aspects of the molding process allow us to meet your most complex molding needs and deliver exactly what you want when you want it. Our most popular branding technology allows us to embed custom textures, have raised or recessed logos/text, and provide handles with multiple colors and durometers. These options are rigorously tested to withstand 500 autoclaves without degradation, and will provide years of brand recognition in the market. Designs become reality through the use of our full-featured CAM software in combination with some of the most sophisticated pieces of CNC equipment in the world. With our multiple 11 axis Swiss machines, 5 Axis turning/milling expertise and the capability of everything in between, we work machining magic in all grades of stainless steel, aluminum alloy, titanium, plastics, and phenolic. As a vertically integrated manufacturer of precision surgical instruments we also deploy a full complement of supporting manufacturing capabilities including EDM, TIG welding, laser welding, brazing, heat-treating, laser marking and assembly.
Gauthier can provide any number of finishes to meet your design and branding needs. Quality on the inside must be matched by enduring quality on the outside. Our in house finishing department includes blasting, polishing, passivation and electro polishing. We also have additional capabilities in anodizing, chrome and other coatings, which are all available at your request. At Gauthier we finish!
Our new corporate headquarters is expected to be completed in 2012 and will give us over 70,000 square feet of manufacturing space. This expansion will allow Gauthier to give you more of the products you want when you want them.
