The Manufacturing Engineer will work with the manufacturing processes to design, integrate, or improve manufacturing systems or related processes. The engineer may also work with commercial or industrial designers to refine product designs to increase productivity and decrease costs.

Education and/or Experience:
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None are required for this position.
Responsibility for Work of Others: This position is not responsible for the direct work of others; however, the engineer may lead group discussions of groups of 5 or more people and work in team projects.
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents; respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community; write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format; effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations; apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, musical notes, etc.) in its most difficult phases. Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.

Travel: Employee may be required to travel on Company business on an occasional basis; up to 10% of time. Some travel could include overnight accommodations.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): The employee is required to wear the necessary PPE while working in the manufacturing environment (i.e. - safety tipped shoes, protective eye glasses, etc.)
